Job Summary

Drive R&D process development for next-generation manufacturing platforms used in future CT detector technologies. Work with design and hardware teams to create and optimize automated assembly lines, including Die Attach systems and Epoxy/solder dispensing processes. Support design reviews with DFM input, execute Design of Experiments (DOEs), and document process characterization to meet medical regulatory standards within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, test, and implement automated assembly solutions for future products within the R&D process team.
•Design and optimize new automatic assembly lines for high-precision CT detector modules.
•Integrate and fine-tune Die Attach systems and Epoxy/solder dispensing processes in R&D lab and pilot lines.
•Provide DFM insights during design reviews to ensure new detector designs are optimized for assembly.
•Execute DOEs and document process characterization to support medical regulatory standards compliance.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics or EE.
•1–3 years of experience in process development.
•Experience working with automatic assembly systems.
•Practical experience with Die Attach and Epoxy/Adhesive dispensing and soldering processes (advantage).
•Fluent English (written and verbal) for communication in a global organization.
