Job Summary

Oversee exception trade bookings, verification, and control monitoring for equities products within the Market Securities Services Operations (MSSO) umbrella. Manage prime client trade matching (block and allocations) to resolve T0/T+1 breaks, handle SBL return bookings, and perform trade lifecycle management including corporate actions, fixings, and coupon calculations. Partner with settlement teams and collaborate with desks and a global extended team to improve operational robustness and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee exception trade bookings, verification, and control monitoring of exception trade flow.
•Manage prime client daily trade matching (block and allocations) and resolve T0 and T+1 breaks with clients and desks.
•Handle SBL return bookings and exceptions.
•Lead trade lifecycle management including corporate action processing, fixings, coupon calculations, trigger monitoring, and break clause/expiry monitoring.
•Liaise with settlement teams on unsettled cash flows, outstanding trades, and reconciliation issues; work with a global extended team to improve operational robustness and risk reduction.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate good understanding of the Equity business and products.
•Show strong understanding of operational risk.
•Have experience in a trade support role covering equity or debt securities (desirable).
•Have relevant experience dealing with Front Office stakeholders.
•Understand trade lifecycle events including corporate actions events (beneficial).
