Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
  • •Maintain clinic environment and vendor/regulatory coordination, including compliance documentation aligned to Joint Commission and other regulators.
  • •Manage schedules and templates to ensure consistent member experience, clinician scheduling, and billing/regulatory compliance.
  • •Foster team culture by hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing daily care team scheduling, PTO, and timecard approvals.
  • •Drive patient-centered experience and operational performance by communicating appropriately with families on financial responsibilities and monitoring practice KPIs with up-to-date data.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in practice leadership in complex, multi-speciality ambulatory settings.
