Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of ~15 new industrialization projects per collection cycle (about 6 months)
•Lead project execution including timelines, resources, process robustness and product profitability
•Act as the direct client interface for technical and strategic decisions
•Industrialize products via CAD, planning, operation methods and manufacturing routings
•Define and optimize manufacturing processes and support production teams on projects

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in mechanical engineering, industrialization or equivalent with significant industrial experience
•Proven experience in managing industrial projects
•Mastery of reading engineering drawings and CAD (CAO)
•Knowledge of machining processes and finishing (polishing, galvanoplasty) and understanding of production costs, quality and supply chain
•Metrology knowledge and CAD proficiency; proficient with Office tools
