Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate Microsoft vendor and contract management activities, including contractual obligation follow-up, sourcing support, and vendor performance.
  • •Ensure services are operated and maintained with the right quality, security, resilience, auditability, and compliance.
  • •Follow up service performance and drive that partners and vendors deliver according to agreed expectations.
  • •Coordinate risk management activities, including risk assessment input, issue follow-up, and mitigation planning.
  • •Coordinate BCM and DR plans, including planning, preparation, and follow-up of DR tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in contract management, vendor governance, or third-party management, preferably for Microsoft services or enterprise technology platforms.
  • •Understanding of service management, service packaging, service forecasts, and total cost of ownership.
  • •University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in technology, service delivery, vendor management, or governance.
  • •Good understanding of technology services, operational controls, security expectations, and audit/compliance requirements.
  • •Experience coordinating risk management, BCM/DR activities, audits, or control reporting.
