Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-value service to internal and external clients while supporting Baird’s culture and Operations mission and values.
  • •Ensure adherence to regulations, Baird policies, and department procedures.
  • •Answer and/or initiate Financial Advisor and Client Specialist contact, handling routine questions and following through on requests.
  • •Process client onboarding and account documentation requests received via Liquid Office and manage incoming requests using an issue tracking system.
  • •Contribute to productivity and efficiency improvements, support special team projects (including returned mail), and help develop electronic reference guides and client account management training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2+ years of experience in a financial services operations role.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Ability to handle multiple assignments, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with accurate results.
  • •Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks independently or collaboratively.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
