Lead the Search E-commerce business in core areas including improving search quality and user experience through query understanding, text relevance, and multimodal matching of e-commerce video content. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Search E-commerce business across one or more core directions.
•Improve basic search quality and user experience via query analysis, text relevance matching, and multimodal matching for video content.
•Design and implement end-to-end ranking systems (recall, pre-rank, rank, mixed rank) using large-scale behavioral data.
•Model personalized shopping interests to improve conversion efficiency for merchandise, video, and live stream and drive GMV growth.
•Promote ecosystem development by solving supply-demand matching, business cold start, and other growth challenges; monitor solution/project results and quality.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of industry experience in areas such as NLP, ranking, ads, search engines, recommendation systems, or machine learning.
•Excellent coding skills and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
•Self-driven ability to understand the business deeply and adapt to rapid changes while promoting project implementation.
•Publication records in top journals or conferences (plus: ACM-ICPC medals) and team management experience (plus).
