Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate workers performing maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet equipment to support safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and corrective actions, ensuring adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
  • •Plan and execute preventive maintenance to meet required equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • •Inspect equipment and areas for safety issues (e.g., hazards, non-functioning lights, broken parts, exposed wiring) and implement safe work practices.
  • •Maintain inventories of tools, supplies, and parts, keep shop/storage areas clean and organized, and identify training needs for team development.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant maintenance experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
  • •Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • •Lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to complete work safely, accurately, and on time.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support maintenance activities and coordination.
