Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading a team while still coding.
  • •Track record shipping production systems in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or automation domains.
  • •Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with full-stack web app experience (React, Next.js or similar).
  • •Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating/using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, with technical depth to review architecture and unblock engineers.
