Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with executives and senior partners to define digital, customer data, and AI transformation strategies and multi-year architecture roadmaps.
  • •Build scalable, secure, resilient enterprise architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and client technology ecosystems, including data and AI architecture patterns.
  • •Establish architecture standards and reference architectures for cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions, including governance, security, and scalability.
  • •Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams using governance frameworks and operating models.
  • •Communicate architecture vision and recommendations to executive audiences, lead workshops and architecture reviews, and mentor architects and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF and API-first architectures.
  • •Experience crafting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable cloud platforms.
  • •Demonstrated experience creating AI-enabled customer experiences, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • •Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills to influence decision-making across organizations.
