Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute assigned internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, ensuring appropriate documentation and timely outputs.
  • •Conduct and maintain group risk assessment processes, including annual risk assessment execution and quarterly updates to reflect operating environment and risk profiles.
  • •Plan and execute audit projects under the Annual Internal Audit Plan, including developing IRLs, business understanding documents, RACMs, audit programs, and sampling memos.
  • •Perform testing procedures against RACMs and audit programs, identify control deficiencies, and develop risk-based recommendations with clear reporting of findings and root causes.
  • •Support governance through audit committee materials and recommendation follow-ups, while escalating delays/scope changes and engaging with process owners and management for insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years executing internal audits and internal control advisory services.
  • •Proven experience conducting risk-based internal audits across business functions or industries, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • •Experience preparing audit programs, performing control testing, and drafting audit reports; exposure to internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk assessment processes is required.
