Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently support three Business Affairs executives with administrative duties such as drafting agreements, correspondence, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, filing, and arranging travel.
  • •Determine the importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly.
  • •Act as a liaison with internal and external offices, strategically problem-solving to find solutions.
  • •Draft and summarize material terms after deal closures to prepare deal memos.
