Key Responsibilities

  • •Uphold safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements; execute production processes to meet budget and output targets.
  • •Set and implement governance standards (including MAKE codification) and ensure day-to-day resources with cross-functional support to achieve MAKE KPIs.
  • •Lead 5S implementation and standard work; create and provide procedures aligned with actual shopfloor practice.
  • •Respond to issues as exposed, coach direct reports for under-performance, and empower ownership using a breakthrough mindset.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through loss and waste analysis, set-up time reduction, management of change, and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve Level 1 KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing processes (preferably FMCG) with a track record managing people or small teams.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools and techniques including 5S, set up time reduction, and reliability centered maintenance.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP.
  • •Experience with ISO/HACCP certification and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA).
