Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand overall functionality of HVAC systems (Central Plant, AHU, unitary controls) and perform functionality checks per specifications.
  • •Review functional specifications/sequence of operations to support system operation and troubleshoot HVAC control loops.
  • •Analyze actual site operating data to identify faults in control loops and sensors, and represent results in chart format.
  • •Ensure knowledge of building standards/codes (LEED, GREENMARK) and apply quality assurance procedures while meeting commitment dates.
  • •Attend meetings/telecons with global customers and provide technical direction/support to project team members and field technicians; handle multiple projects and drive best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical).
  • •2–5 years of project-environment work experience with proven on-site knowledge in BMS project commissioning.
  • •Knowledge of software programming/coding and DDC programming.
  • •Knowledge of networking, database/integration concepts, and protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, and OPC.
  • •Safety adherence and exposure to a site/base construction environment; global project experience is an advantage.
