Senior Officer- Employee Happiness & Wellbeing

Coordinate employee happiness and wellbeing initiatives by working with event partners, supporting the execution of the functional happiness plan, and managing wellbeing-related indicators. Liaise with internal departments on happiness initiatives and advance administrative inquiries, while administering SMS communications channels. Maintain records, documents, daily correspondence, and incoming/outgoing reports in line with management instructions.
