Key Responsibilities

•Drive overall shop sales performance through retail sales strategies and improve store operation quality.
•Manage shop count, regional coverage, and stock levels to optimize sell-out and minimize aging inventory.
•Oversee key shops using an A/B/C/D grading system, expand A-grade shops, and optimize sell-through and in-house share.
•Lead a team of field sales managers by providing guidance and performance management to achieve sales targets and grow revenue and market share.
•Plan and deliver product and sales training for field teams, and oversee Samsung+ retail online training platform completion of learning modules.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in retail shop/store operation management and field force management.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and solve problems with immediate action.
•Good command of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and excellent spoken and written English.
