Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve site EH&S programs, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with RTX/PW requirements and regulatory standards.
  • •Conduct and coordinate EH&S audits, inspections, and compliance assessments, identify risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
  • •Lead and support risk assessments for hazards including LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, PRA, ergonomics, PPE, and other site-specific hazards.
  • •Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture by partnering with leadership, supervisors, and employees to identify hazards, develop action plans, and implement sustainable EH&S improvements.
  • •Maintain EH&S metrics, records, reports, and regulatory submissions; lead EH&S council and subcommittees, and deliver EH&S training to employees and leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, concepts, and compliance requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, factory equipment, safety, and EH&S management systems.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leading and participating on multiple cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and presenting EH&S training.
