Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery.
  • •Carry out basic repairs such as remove/replace parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, and work order administration.
  • •Document all vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
  • •Perform software updates as needed during the inspection process.
  • •Learn high/low voltage systems and collaborate with the service team and customers; travel may be needed to support mobile service.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of age.
  • •Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (with additional requirements for drivers under 21).
  • •ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date and willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training.
