Job Summary

Support the Defence Maritime Support Services (DMSS) contract by ensuring the right parts, inventory, and supply support are available to maintain critical maritime capability. Work with engineering, logistics, and Navy stakeholders to optimize inventory and asset management outcomes, forecast parts demand, and monitor supplier performance. Develop provisioning lists, manage warehousing and spare parts, address stock obsolescence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives from HMAS Kuttabul in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Recommended Provisioning Lists to support maintenance activities.
•Forecast parts demand, monitor supplier performance, and improve parts availability.
•Coordinate inventory, warehousing, and spare parts management across the contract.
•Monitor stock obsolescence and work with engineering teams to identify practical solutions.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply support processes and build stakeholder relationships to deliver effective supply support.

•Experience in supply support, logistics, or maintenance planning.
•Practical experience using Enterprise Asset Management or CMMS systems such as IFS.

•Advanced Microsoft Office skills; qualifications in supply support, business, engineering, or procurement are highly regarded.
