Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement a standalone treasury operating model, including policies, processes, systems, and controls
  • •Establish governance for cash, liquidity, and financial risk management, and support Day 1 readiness (TSA management, bank transitions, treasury infrastructure build)
  • •Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash deployment across entities and geographies
  • •Establish and manage core global banking relationships and negotiate banking services, fees, and contracts
  • •Develop and execute capital structure, financing, and treasury risk strategies, including debt capital markets activities and hedging where appropriate

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • •10–12+ years of treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience
  • •Strong experience in cash management, banking relationships, and financial risk management
  • •Experience with capital structure, debt financing, or capital markets (preferred)
  • •Demonstrated ability to build/enhance treasury processes in lean or transformation environments, with strong financial modeling and stakeholder influence
