Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Head of Product Management and Product Marketing to define, prioritize, and execute strategic growth initiatives across the AECG portfolio.
  • •Lead cross-functional operating rhythms, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision-making forums to improve accountability and execution.
  • •Translate business strategy into objectives, milestones, owners, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • •Analyze business performance, market dynamics, customer needs, competitive positioning, and portfolio opportunities to inform investments and growth priorities.
  • •Coordinate across Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Corporate Marketing, and Business Development to remove barriers and accelerate execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated leadership as a Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, product management, product marketing, or comparable cross-functional role.
  • •Experience driving complex strategic initiatives across product, sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and business development organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of portfolio planning, go-to-market strategy, market activation, revenue growth, customer engagement, and business performance management.
  • •Proven ability to develop executive-level insights, presentations, and recommendations from complex business and market information.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline preferred; an advanced degree desired.
