Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned area (Merchandise).
  • •Monitor daily replenishments and manage store/launch deliveries, returns, and orders for merchandise/non-merchandise items based on VM and marketing requirements.
  • •Track, record, and manage shipment incidents and discrepancies with partners and stakeholders.
  • •Prepare up-to-date reports on logistics performance and activities.
  • •Validate service provider invoices against agreed terms, reconcile with Finance, and monitor supplier/service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics or a relevant field.
  • •3–5 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics.
  • •Exposure to a high-volume, multi-site retail organization.
