Lead deployment operations for Anduril's Test Sites, coordinating cross-functional teams across Test, Growth, Engineering and Technical Operations to plan, manage, and execute deployments of people and hardware. Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle, develop structured plans, ensure on-time, white-glove execution, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring the Deployment Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Test, Growth, and Technical Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.
•Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle of all deployments. As a key leader on the Deployment Operations team, you will be asked to own and manage all deployments related to Test Sites.
•Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary tools (JIRA, Oracle) and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.
•Obsess over the details and create structured plans for each and every deployment to ensure that people and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
•Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
•Background balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
•Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet project milestones.
•Ability to travel 20% of the time to various test sites.
•This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and requires being onsite.
