Retail Operations - Senior Manager

Drive the Retail Operations strategy for stores by ensuring scalable processes, capabilities, and systems that improve operational excellence and customer experience. Lead the full new store openings lifecycle—from playbooks and toolkits to store setup, inventory, systems, merchandising, compliance, and vendor readiness—while partnering with Retail Training for onboarding and handover. Manage and develop retail/NSO teams, own budgets, deliver key KPIs, and ensure risk management across teams and sites.
