Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on Mechanical/HVAC equipment and systems individually or with a technical team.
  • •Conform to all general and specific technical safety requirements to ensure health, safety, and welfare at work.
  • •Read, interpret, and describe the functionality of HVAC system drawings (circuit & wiring diagrams and schematic/layout drawings).
  • •Set up and use test equipment and interpret results for standalone and integrated HVAC systems.
  • •Perform technical maintenance tasks safely and correctly on complex HVAC equipment, including AHUs, fan coil units, and air conditioning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •2-year Industrial Training Institute Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance (or equivalent post high school).
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in facility management or a similar environment.
  • •Ability to carry out electrical/mechanical isolations and LOTO, planned preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • •Strong ability to read, interpret, and describe HVAC system drawings and schematics across manufacturers.
  • •Fluent oral and written English, and ability to create technical reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office.
