Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee smooth plant operations to meet monthly production targets with optimal resource utilization.
  • •Lead P&L management and budgeting; contribute to formulation of plant strategy and a roadmap for Dehradun plant.
  • •Ensure plant quality compliance with organizational processes and regulatory requirements; maintain 5S and EHS standards.
  • •Drive R&D activities for immunology, biochemistry, hematology, and molecular diagnostics projects; manage timelines, budgets, and IP.
  • •Develop a high-performance team, manage procurement and inventory controls, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to support market growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate in Biotechnology / BTech Biotech. / PhD in Biotechnology or Microbiology and MBA in Operations Management would be Preferred
  • •10-12 years of in vitro diagnostics experience with at least 5 years in people management
  • •Expertise in developing in vitro diagnostic kits such as ELISA, rapid card tests, biochemistry, protein expression and purification
  • •Scientific & technical knowledge in diagnostic/life sciences for R&D and product development
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485; proficient in MS Office and MS Project
