Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GBE PCO function for projects of varying size/complexity, including mega projects.
  • •Establish and mature project controls processes to manage project costs, budget, and schedule.
  • •Drive change orders and improve margin rate on change orders.
  • •Implement early warning and business risk mitigation frameworks, assess/audit/approve risks and opportunities, and ensure net and cross-financial impacts.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance and direct implementation of standard project controls toolsets and work processes across projects, including customer/site visits and independent audits.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in project controls and project management.
  • •Extensive people leadership/management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field; Master’s or Bachelor’s in business, engineering, finance, or accounting.
  • •Knowledge of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) processes.
  • •ERP user experience and project controls tools, including SAP/Oracle/Microsiga, plus PMP certification and familiarity with project planning/scheduling and PMIS systems.
