Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and prioritize the Hello Meds product roadmap across member experience, Pillbox, and supporting operational workflows.
  • •Drive product development with software, hardware, and firmware engineering and design.
  • •Translate member, client, and product data into requirements that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
  • •Own and improve critical eligibility and enrollment workflows across client populations.
  • •Lead Pillbox V2 planning, including feature prioritization and firmware roadmap, and represent product in client/internal stakeholder conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience, including managing hardware and/or firmware products like connected devices, IoT, or medical devices.
  • •Experience owning consumer-facing software products and roadmaps.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex eligibility, enrollment, operational, or data workflows.
  • •Strong product judgment to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • •Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
