Key Responsibilities

  • •Control store access so only authorized persons can enter the store house and keep stores unattended access controlled during working hours.
  • •Manage receipts, storage, and status reporting for food raw materials (including chilled/frozen/dry), beverage stocks, general stores, and golf course maintenance supplies.
  • •Inspect and process delivery documents, acknowledge receipt after final check/approval, and enter receiving records into the DM portal.
  • •Coordinate stock issuance and transfers using approved requests, FIFO procedures, MIGO/MIGO-enabled transfers, and required approvals via SAP.
  • •Support inventory accuracy through physical stock taking, near-expiry/slow-moving reporting, month-end reconciliation activities, and record filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Receive materials during working days and Viya working hours, ensuring supplier delivery notes/invoices include receiving stamps and purchase order references.
  • •Ensure compliance with HACCP standards for food raw materials, and manage storage of hazardous materials separately.
  • •Perform 100% verification/weighing for chilled/fresh/frozen materials before acknowledging receipt and final approval.
  • •Issue materials based on approved requests from departments, following FIFO and required signatures/vouchers for deliveries and stock transfers.
  • •Maintain records and support inventory controls through stock verification/stock taking and periodic near-expiry/slow-moving reports.
