Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the flow of project information between the wider team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Set up project success criteria (time, cost, technical/performance parameters), governance, and planning processes.
  • •Read and understand key project documents such as agreements, designs/specifications, charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
  • •Prepare and maintain project artifacts including status reports, purchase orders, tracking reports, and due-diligence/financial files.
  • •Manage multiple timelines and project elements simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting targets and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture with a construction background.
  • •Experience working in a client-focused environment.
  • •Understanding of the entire project life cycle, from conception through post-project review.
  • •At least 6 years’ experience in corporate office new build and renovation projects.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English, plus experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
