Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support regulatory compliance and regulatory affairs activities in coordination with internal specialists and engineers.
  • •Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits (SGSO, SGSS, SGIP, ISM Code) and external ISM audits.
  • •Support audits and inspections by Authorities (e.g., ANP, MTE), including offshore and onshore facilitation.
  • •Review and analyse regulatory requests and official correspondence from Authorities; coordinate timely responses with internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain records of regulatory correspondence, audits, non-conformities, and action plans; support RCA and CAPA development; monitor closure and effectiveness of actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in Oil & Gas operators or service companies; regulatory compliance or regulatory affairs experience preferred.
  • •Higher education (Engineering preferred); postgraduate qualification in Regulatory, Management Systems, Process Safety, or Oil & Gas advantageous.
  • •Strong knowledge of Brazilian regulatory framework (ANP, MTE) and experience with audits, non-conformities, RCA, and CAPA management.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus; fluent in Portuguese (native) with intermediate to fluent English.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, with good time and self-management, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
