•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Embody coaching and support continuous skill practice with the store team, providing constructive feedback.
•Exercise strong verbal and written communication, use active listening, and adjust communication for the audience.
•Manage timecards for payroll accuracy, complete assigned tasks and training, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
•Follow visual guidelines and cleanliness standards and execute client experience activities, including client books, thank-you cards, and event strategies.

Salary: USD 18 - 19 hourly
