Job Summary

Own Cursor’s most strategic customer engagements end-to-end—from initial workshop to delivery. Work in a pod with an FDE (1–2) where you lead executive relationships, scope time-boxed projects, and run technical discovery and architecture reviews. You stay hands-on in the configuration layer (workflows, integrations, and platform tooling), drive enablement and adoption with training/playbooks, and continuously adjust scope while escalating product gaps to Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customer executive sponsors to scope FDE projects, translating ambiguous problems into time-boxed deliverables with clear ROI.
•Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to surface integration complexity and infrastructure constraints and validate feasibility.
•Work side by side with the FDE to own the configuration layer, including workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling that doesn’t require heavy custom code.
•Drive enablement and adoption by running hands-on training, building playbooks/reference workflows, and coaching teams until they’re self-sufficient.
•Maintain executive relationships throughout engagement, monitor feasibility while adjusting scope, escalate product gaps/integration friction, and build reusable playbooks for the wider FDE org.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or an Engagement Manager role owning scoping and delivery with a technical team in AI-production workflows.
•Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs to hold your own with senior engineers on production behavior, failure modes, and resilient workflows.
•Hands-on comfort with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration, including ability to read Python and JS-TS to partner with an FDE.
•Experience shipping AI-native workflows past prototype with judgment to distinguish real production constraints from nice-to-haves.
•Executive presence and technical credibility to earn trust with C-suite and engineering leads while keeping engagements scoped tight and delivered fast.
