Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement at the factory through quality initiatives, prevention, and risk management.
  • •Train and support vendors, conduct Pre-FPA/MPA audits for newly onboarded factories, and arrange training on people, process, and product.
  • •Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout production and monitor/evaluate factory quality KPIs.
  • •Attend RAM/T4 meetings to determine product risk level, establish CPA for high-risk programs, and confirm implementation with VF QA and the factory.
  • •Act as an SME by supporting technical guidance and coaching/mentoring the VF QA and factory quality management teams, including monitoring internal lab testing SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in quality/manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) with major subjects in engineering, footwear technology, or apparel/textile technology.
  • •Certified Quality Engineer and/or Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent qualification) recommended.
  • •Excellent English communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with analytical and problem-solving capability.
