E-Commerce Operations Associate (Nairobi Region)

Lead e-commerce fulfillment operations for the Nairobi region by supervising fulfillment teams and coordinating end-to-end order processing—from picking and packing to labeling and dispatch. Monitor productivity and delivery performance against KPIs, manage inventory and stock control, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures. Coordinate workflows across store operations, logistics, and customer service, train team members, and escalate delays, stock variances, or system errors.
