Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute purchase orders and procurement activities based on SAP MRP recommendations and replenishment requirements to support production schedules.
  • •Monitor inventory levels and material demand, manage SAP exception/ action messages, and maintain accurate purchasing and material master data in SAP.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier relationships; expedite orders, collect supplier confirmations, and track delivery commitments within SAP.
  • •Identify and resolve material shortages using SAP shortage and exception reporting, coordinate recovery plans, and communicate material risk assessments.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted material availability and system accuracy.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field OR 3 years of experience in purchasing, materials planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
  • •Experience working within SAP in a procurement, planning, or materials management environment.
  • •Understanding of MRP concepts, purchase order management, and inventory replenishment processes.
  • •Ability to execute purchase orders and procurement activities based on SAP MRP recommendations.
