Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate procurement activities to meet materials requests according to company policies and procedures.
  • •Negotiate with vendors for best possible pricing and payment options; handle bid, award, and administration of supply, services, and orders.
  • •Follow up quotations, perform bids analysis with end-users, and support order deliveries; clarify end-user queries to place correct materials/services.
  • •Monitor vendor performance, manage vendor relationships, and broaden the network of group vendors to provide internal customers with more solutions.
  • •Support cost reduction efforts, ensure adherence to ordered specifications, quality, and timelines, and promote compliance with health & safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or equivalent competencies.
  • •Minimum 06 years of related work experience in similar industries.
  • •Ability to identify procurement needs, initiate RFQs, and prepare bid analysis and purchase orders per department procedures.
  • •Experience negotiating fair pricing and payment options without compromising quality of goods or services.
  • •Strong capability to prepare timely and accurate reports in line with required narrative reports.
