Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by owning sales/KPI performance and using store resources.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador through consistent brand attitude and values.
  • •Use seasonal brand and product knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, process merchandise deliveries, and replenish sales floor fixtures.
  • •Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, follow policies/procedures, and perform safe store operations.

Key Requirements
