Job Summary

Lead the design strategy for in-vehicle UX in Connect IVI OS and connected experiences in Connect Mobile. Translate product vision and user needs into scalable end-to-end UX across information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and visual design. Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive user experiences, while improving design systems, UX guidelines, and mentoring junior designers. Drive design decisions through data-driven problem framing and experimentation.

•Define the user experience strategy and design core service experiences for Connect IVI OS.
•Lead design direction by connecting product goals with user value.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other partners to define and deliver user experiences.
•Represent the design perspective in discussions on product roadmap, priorities, and implementation scope.
•Improve design systems and UX guidelines for consistency, and provide design leadership including reviews and mentoring.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on mobile/web or digital product design experience.
•Ability to structure complex product problems and translate user needs into clear UX directions.
•Experience improving products using data-driven problem definition, metric analysis, and A/B testing.
•End-to-end product experience design across information architecture, user flows, interaction, and UI.
•Ability to make design decisions balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user experience.
