Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the day-to-day partner for assigned enterprise clients, supporting onboarding, campaign setup, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting.
•Deliver proactive recommendations aligned with client budgets and objectives to improve campaign performance and ROI.
•Analyze campaign and client performance data to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
•Apply structured problem-solving to resolve client challenges, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities.
•Ensure high-quality managed service delivery by following established playbooks and best practices, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and sharing knowledge on product innovations and advertising trends.

Key Requirements

•Experience or deep understanding of performance marketing in the online advertising industry.
•Ability to analyze sales and campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve advertising effectiveness and ROI.
•Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
•Strong structured problem-solving skills to evaluate trade-offs and drive decisions based on proof points and analysis.
•Ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
