Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
  • •Establish WBS, coding structures, and execution schedules, and develop baseline schedules with critical milestones.
  • •Integrate schedules from multiple disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders into a master project schedule; perform critical path analysis and identify constraints.
  • •Analyze manpower demand, productivity, resource utilization, and schedule variances; perform resource leveling and optimization.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly/executive planning and scheduling reports, dashboards, and forecasts; present updates to management and clients and participate in review meetings and workshops.
