Key Responsibilities

  • •Track regulatory obligations, licensing conditions, and operational actions, coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • •Drive operational implementation of new licences by developing SOPs, process documentation, implementation checklists, and business readiness materials.
  • •Monitor adherence to compliance operational processes, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating risks or overdue actions.
  • •Prepare operational reports, implementation updates, and management briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional regulatory implementation activities and support audits, inspections, operational reviews, and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, Project Management Office, or a similar operational role in financial services/fintech or another regulated industry.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong organisational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Ability to develop clear SOPs, process documentation, and management reports.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken).
