Support Rain’s legal, compliance, and operational workflows as a corporate paralegal in a fast-moving cryptocurrency environment. Draft and manage legal agreements, maintain corporate records, and coordinate diligence using secure data rooms. Improve legal operations by owning contract lifecycle tracking and CLM reporting, building playbooks, and triaging requests. Also assist with risk management, including audits and domestic/international licensing and renewals.

•Prepare and manage legal documents, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.

•Set up and maintain secure data rooms for transaction and diligence projects, and prepare signature packets, timelines, and checklists for regulatory filings.
•Improve legal operations by identifying workflow bottlenecks, implementing scalable processes (including CLM and matter tracking), and building legal knowledge repositories.
•Support risk management by preparing materials for audits and regulatory filings and managing domestic and international lending and money transmitter licensing, registration, and renewals.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience as a corporate or commercial paralegal in an AmLaw 200 law firm or a mature in-house legal department.

•Exceptional organization with strong judgment and prioritization skills.
•Proven comfort with confidentiality and discretion.
•Proficiency with tools like GSuite or Office365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, data rooms, and contract management software (e.g., SpotDraft or Ironclad).
