Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop production-grade Snowflake SQL models, curated datasets, reusable metric logic, and dashboard-ready views.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define business metrics and improve analytics delivery using dbt, refresh workflows, and orchestration.
  • •Design and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making.
  • •Apply business intelligence best practices for metric consistency, performance optimization, and stakeholder validation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS environment.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS business models and KPIs such as retention, expansion, ARR, renewals, NPS, CSAT, and utilization.
  • •Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
  • •Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade analytics assets (not just ad hoc reporting).
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau, including interactive dashboard design and executive-ready storytelling.
