Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain flows, process automations, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • •Oversee data quality and integrity, including deduplication, import/export, and data governance practices.
  • •Plan and manage Salesforce releases, sandbox environments, and change sets.
  • •Manage the internal Salesforce environment including user management, onboarding, permissions, and access controls.
  • •Support reporting and dashboard creation and document processes/training materials for end-users; identify and evaluate AI tools/features for Salesforce workflows.

Key Requirements
