Seasoned cost management professional responsible for implementing and maintaining cost control systems for medium-complexity life science construction projects. You will manage budgets, commitments and forecasts, prepare estimates, analyze bids, provide cash flow and financial position updates, and support schedule development and earned value reporting in a collaborative project-management environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for projects of medium complexity and value.
•Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates.
•Provide cost information to support decision and alternative selection.
•Evaluate and analyze fee proposals / bids and provide recommendation for decision making.
•Provide forecasts and cash flow analysis.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Cost Control experience within construction.
•A recognized university degree in Construction Management or related field.
•Experience implementing cost control systems and maintaining cost reports.
•Ability to extract, transform and reconcile data from multiple sources to support audit trails.
•SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable.
