Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee facilities maintenance and reliability for the assigned building, including automation/manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT/forklifts, and upkeep of building/grounds.
  • •Lead and coach a team of technicians and associate managers to drive feedback and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs, including maintaining contractor lists for emergency repairs.
  • •Ensure maintenance regulations are followed and maintenance-related processes meet operational standards.
  • •Provide project management support as assigned and brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,175 - 89,250

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability in Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • •OSHA regulations knowledge; OSHA certification is a plus.
  • •Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems.
  • •Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
