Job Summary

Oversee maintenance and reliability for a HelloFresh fulfillment-center building, taking a hands-on leadership approach. Lead M&RE-related processes covering automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT/forklifts, and general building upkeep. Motivate technicians and associate managers, manage vendors and repairs, ensure compliance with maintenance regulations (OSHA), and support projects and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee facilities maintenance and reliability for the assigned building, including automation/manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT/forklifts, and upkeep of building/grounds.
•Lead and coach a team of technicians and associate managers to drive feedback and continuous improvement.
•Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs, including maintaining contractor lists for emergency repairs.
•Ensure maintenance regulations are followed and maintenance-related processes meet operational standards.
•Provide project management support as assigned and brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,175 - 89,250

Key Requirements

•5+ years managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability in Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
•OSHA regulations knowledge; OSHA certification is a plus.
•Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems.
•Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
