Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards, and support reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes; move throughout the store to assist guests and complete additional tasks as needed.
