  • •Lead a team to design, build, test, and deliver complete machines at system level through final acceptance at customer sites.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to track and control technical issues across project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in an engineering domain such as NDT, mechanical, automation, materials, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of the NDT domain in theory and application, including system-level design.
  • •10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building automatic machinery and equipment in system engineer roles.
  • •Direct development and project experience in the NDT industry for large or customized UT testing systems is an advantage.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership in a multi-domain engineering team, with effective communication in Chinese and English.
