Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL optical processes to meet performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
  • •Partner with process module engineers (e.g., etch, deposition, lithography) to improve device and yield performance in high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze DOE experiments; perform RCA and implement mitigation plans for yield or performance problems.
  • •Collect and analyze complex experimental data across multiple products, compile reports, and generate technical documentation within safety guidelines.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams and end customers to support milestones, resolve technical queries, and drive continuous process improvements.
